Firefighters Lift Car

Firefighters using their hose to lift a car like 25 feet off the ground. Pretty awesome video. I knew the hoses were powerful but didn’t realize they could do that!

Then again, they do have like 10 of them or w/e so I guess I can see how that could work.

Young Engineers Video

Wasn’t sure about what I was watching when I first looked at this video. The end of it is awesome! Check out the site to see some more awesome videos just like this one.

I have been getting sick of Youtube lately because it seems like it just takes forever to find the good videos because there are a bunch of really crabby ones mixed in with them.

I am starting to go to other sites like funny junk and ebaumsworld now because every video they have is exciting to watch.

Wow

Get your web development, and tech related questions answered

Working on a new site now because I realized this one was too broad and it probably annoyed a lot of people when I would post random stuff.

That’s why I have just decided to open up a new site “Nick Larson“, where I will be answering your web development, mac, and other tech related questions free of charge virtually 24 hours a day.

The really cool part is that I will not only be answering questions from blog posts, but I will be answering via live streams on my web-cam and videos as well!

So do you have a question that you want me to answer? What are you waiting for? ASK IT!

Apple Ipod Touch Review

I’m sure a bunch of people including yourself has seen or heard about the new iPods. Apple redid their whole line of iPods with new colors, more storage, and better graphics/features. Also, we can’t forget about my favorite, the brand new iPod Touch.

Apparently this thing has the same features of the iPhone, just without the cellphone part. The other thing that struck me as being cool is how it is much thinner than the iPhone at only 8mm! The Touch comes with Apple’s standard Safari browser so you can connect to any wireless network (assuming it isn’t locked or you know the password). I’m really looking forward to this as it would be something great that I could take to class with me and mess around on ;).

One other feature that I am looking forward to is the Apple iTunes store that is built right into the Touch. One will be able to download music directly to their iPod and then sync it with their computer when they plug it back in. Pretty cool eh?

Anyway, sounds like an amazing product that I can’t wait to get my hands on!

Also just wanted to let you know that when I do get the Touch. I will make sure to post a really great review so that you can make your decision on whether or not to pick one up!

So stay tuned! I haven’t decided if I am going to pre-order it yet, or just wait for a little while. Either way, i’ll get that thing and be sure to let you guys know what I think.

P.S. Don’t forget to take a look at all the other new iPods like the Shuffle, Nano, and Video. They have all had a makeover, whether it be new colors, features, whatever! Not to mention the Nano now has video capabilities with a larger screen. Also not sure if you noticed, but the iPhone is only $399 now :).
