I have seen a few other interesting or funny videos that show tricks like this, but this is by far the coolest one that I have watched. I mean seriously, who comes up with that?

edit: Turns out this one is something to laugh about. Why spend your time getting a cork out of a bottle when the bottle is already empty! thanks to “why bother” for the heads up. Pretty funny.

My dad taught me how do that when I became a waiter. He uses a cloth napkin and said it would earn huge tips from the customers.

Well if your going to recycle it you should not have a cork inside the bottle. This makes sense if you don’t have a corkscrew and have to push the cork inside to open the bottle.
You right you could just through the bottle away, or recycle it. However, where I live you can take empty wine bottles to the liquor store and refill them yourself from a wine tap. It’s cheaper than buying a whole new bottle of wine.
I believe that the point of the trick is to win money off of drunk friends at a party, its not meant to be a practical solution to a stuck cork.

I think that people who do tricks like this should be strapped to a bacon slicer and have 1 slice cut off them each day. Starting at their feet.
