Mac: Invert Your Monitor Colors
One of my friends told me this today. Pres ctrl+alt/option+apple+8 on a mac. You can also go into System Preferences > Universal Access and there are a few other features.
Your computer should now look like this:
Press the sequence again to deactivate. Hope you like this trick
